I claimed my drops on twitch but I haven't received them in game

Hi, my twitch is connected to my Halo waypoint and I watched the streams and got the drops. It says that I claimed them but I haven’t received them in game yet, is it just taking some time or is something wrong? Is this happening to anyone else?

If you search ‘HCS drops’ on waypoint you’ll see countless threads about it - no idea if it’ll be fixed

Thanks for the response, I had no clue if this was just me or not

Honestly it may just be quicker to Screenshot your Drops inventory and send it to Support.
Alot of people have made posts already on forums and it’s unknown if they have anyone looking into it.
