when I go to play halo nightfall it starts playing and says up next then it just freezes and says the content can’t be played at this time. Please help

Steps didn’t work.
I got the physical copy, entered the code, and did what that post said, and I still am stuck with “BUY HALO”

I have the digital copy of the MCC and I own an xbox with my brother and we have separate accounts. we downloaded the game under his account, he can watch it but I get Buy Halo. Is there away for me to watch nightfall? I really want that Nightfall/ODST helmet

Not trying to sound mean or rude just in case but, is it possible for me to do this as well? if so, how? The private message thing. just asking, not trying to be rude or anything.
