I can't watch Halo: Nightfall!

Okay, so I was watching Nightfall last night because, frankly I was getting hyped for Guardians. After watching episode 4, I was going to watch ep 5. But then my Halo Channel crashed, and when I got back on, it says I have to buy Nightfall again!
I got Nightfall with the digital edition of the MCC, but didn’t get into it until now. I’ve tried re-downloading Nightfall, Halo Channel, both at the same time, but nothing works.
If someone could help me, it would much appreciated!

I’m still having a similar issue. I have been trying for literally a year almost now to watch this thing. I see the movie is downloaded under manage app for the Halo Channel. When I attempt to watch it it says I need to buy Nightfall. I hit buy nightfall and it says I already have purchased it. What can I do? I’ve done a lot of the troubleshooting including downloading and redownloading it, doing a hard reset, etc.

Please if anyone is from 343 get this fixed obviously a lot of the users STILL have this issue!
