i’m sorry but how do you know the kills wouldn’t have been traded anyway?
i thought good players trade kills to push in and gain an advantage.

did anyone even see my post? this is an actual break down of the way -Yoink- lock cuts up gameplay.

i know the kills wouldnt have been traded because i wrote “the better player still dies if he clearly outplayed/outsmarted the other player”

it’s awsome that you refuse to debate what i put forward.
if a players wasn’t using an effort to get an advantage while using armour lock then they wouldn’t be getting an advantage but instead be putting themselfs at a diss-advantage.

Not to mention b1 and b2 don’t deserve any punishment.

On certain maps it can be annoying especially if they have the grenade launcher, but if you are decent with the DMR or sniper, then generally Jet packers are easy kills. None of the other abilities tip game play near as much as AL in my opinion.

I stand corrected, our teammates didn’t quit, they were just standing round and not playing. I was thinking of another game.
Also, three of the four on the other team used AL against us. Take away the 22 kills they got against our 2 non-existent teammates and we win 30 to 27.
Take away AL and they probably lose by even more. Every time I turned around one of them was in AL. The high scoring guy was using invisibility.

I dont know where i was refusing a debate? im answering you all the time
okay so you dont see it as an advantage that armor lock counters every amount of damage?

sorry, was going to get to this after i was done replying to the other guys.
the issue here is frosting and as i’ve said in previous posts:
frosting and sticky shedding/deflecting rockets are the only bad things about armour lock, the rest is just failure to adapt and adjust to changing situations.

ok then, where were you replying to my points that it’s the players fault and not the armour ability?
it’s only countering damage that you choose to deal to him while he is in armour lock, if he armour locks to block in-comming damage then you stop trying to deal damage when you know it isn’t going to work.

er nope.
if they where matched against people with roughly the same skill level then there k/d will be lower.
though, the higher your skill level is the less people you will be matched against with roughly the same skill level as you resulting in a higher k/d.
but lets not forget that k/d is boosted.
also, MLG doesn’t have a higher skill gap, it’s actually the opposite since the average skill level in that playlist is alot higher.

i do not want to know what to do.
i want to know if you see the ability of armor lock to counter every amount of damage as ana advantage or not.
