I Can't Start The Game

Hello,

I can’t start the game on my Xbox, it says “Do you own this game or app?”. I bought it about 2 months ago on the Xbox Store and i played several times. But for the past 2 days i keep getting this error message. I re-installed it, same thing. I tried to re-download my account, unplugged my console, nothing seems to work…

At first i thought it was because of the xbox live status being limited on purchase and content usage but it seems that only the xbox 360 is affected. So yeah, i’m not sure what to do now. Can someone help me please ?

If re-installing and a hard reboot didn’t work, you could try redownloading your profile and see if that helps? For some reason it seems to fix the odd error that seems unsolvable.

I already tried to redownload my profile but nothing. I really don’t know what to do now, i guess i’ll try to contact bungie support or Microsoft, not sure which one is supposed to help me fix this. Thanks for your answer anyway, i hope i can get some help from them.
