Today I worked on a map for about 4 hours for infection and now I can’t go onto it and I put spawns down to. This is the second time this has happened fix this stupid glitch 343 please, if you dont have spawns in your map you should still be able to spawn as a forge ball. If someone knows how to spawn back in please help me.
I also just found out this glitch only happenes in Parallax
Same this map I was working on somehow deleted my spawns and now I lost 2 hours worth of content…twice.
There is no way to fix it unless 343i makes a patch where they update every map with back up spawns
This happens if you have no spawns or only have floating spawns. Hopefully this will be fixed with the update. Dint delete your map

No I did not delete my map I know 343 will fix this soon, and thank you guys for commenting and trying to help you guys are what the halo community needs!
It’s stupid that there is nothing we can do other than save a new map file frequently -_-
I usually make the Breakout launch pad and have a row of 4 start and 4 respawn points. Then lock it over far away from where i’m building…and yet it doesn’t always work. It’s annoying as heck, but at least there is some glimps of hope if you have stupid amounts of saves…
Didn’t the same thing happen initially when you deleted the starting spawns?
Wait for the update to drop today, I heard they fixed the bugs again.

No
I’m pretty sure that the same thing happened when Halo 5 was first released. There was a warning to not delete initial spawns because you wouldn’t be able to get into your forged map. Happened to me.
I’m wondering if there are specific spawns for the Infection Game Type which need to be used…
