On my PC when i click sign in i’m told to “log in at Xbox.com to resolve m account issues before attempting to log in again”. I tried to find the account issues in my account but there are none. I’ve reinstalled it several times, unplugged my second monitor, and reopened it several times, but nothing seems to change, any ideas?!?!?
When you got to Xbox.com, are you prompted for anything? Often users that haven’t read or agreed to updated terms of use, or other updated material need to do so before accessing some apps. This is where I normally start when looking for resolving issues. Let me know if you find the mystery issue please!
