hello and I just recitley bought master chief collection and when I tried to sign in it came up with error while signing in to Xbox live and then it comes with the option retry or cancel when you click retry it is just a infinite loop I have tried every solution i even looked at the support page but nothing helped plzzzzzzz I need some help.

Are you running the “STEAM VERSION” or the Daddy Gates Version ( MS VERSION? )
For the Steam Version you must use what your email address you used if its Steam Version. As far as the Daddy Gates version I have no clue. I assume it would be the same.
