I cant see my spartans armour

i cant see my Spartans armour, but i can see my emblem on halo waypoint, please help!

Knowing 343 the servers are probably experience issues again. When you started up halo 5 did it say could not sync your profile? If so then you just have to wait you can still lvl up and get req points and etc you just have to wait a bit before you can get them

It sometimes says that, but thanks for the help, I’ll post again if I continue to have problems

What armor do you have on your Spartan? I believe Protector Stalwart causes display issues on Waypoint, but I’m not entirely sure.

Alright, i’m still having the problem, the spartan I see is completely grey, and 2d. I can still see my emblem. I went on to my xbox, and it gave no indication anything was wrong with anything, including my profile. I don’t know why this is happening, but it would be nice for some more suggestions.
