after a brought the halo reach slim console it says please enter a valid code. pls help me !!

Hi Error,

I had the same issue. There is already a thread about this here. Make sure you are entering the code through your xbox and not via xbox.com, and make sure to enter your code slowly (you may only be one letter off). Be sure to check this page to make sure there are no other issues.
