I got stuck at grey screen after I press buy button. Why is it?

I can’t purchase it because the buy button is faded and a message above says ‘this app has been blocked due to company policy’ and only lets you get it in HW2: Complete Edition, which includes everything HW2. Might be different on Xbox, gonna try now.

That’s definitely an error. Have you contacted support?

It’s a couple hours since I last checked the Windows Store, and it’s still blocked, even after I bought it on Xbox. Now I own the product, but it won’t let me install it on pc! Xbox transaction worked flawlessly, btw, and those skins are now available. And no, I haven’t contacted support, but it’s not that big a deal. Maybe it’ll work once this massive update finishes installing…
