This game is completely and totally unforgiving for anyone playing solo. It is nearly impossible for me to win a game if I’m playing alone (which I have been doing since the game came out). What in the actual -Yoink- is wrong with the matchmaking?? My team is always a team of incompetent monkeys while the other team is some OG elite tryhard death squad.
What happened to solo players only being matched against solo players? I’m sick and tired of matching against communicating teams.
It probably has something with you not being that skilled either. Cause I get good and bad teams. Even with some bad teams i lead them to victory.
I’m with you, coming against a team of players with the same emblem is basically the signal for the quitting to begin.

Doubt it. Been good at the game since Halo 2. I mastered my strafe and play BJ. There are some deficits I just can’t come back from. Like the last 2-3 games I played I had teammates who looked like they just plopped the game in today.
Not sure what the complaint is really? Looked at your stats you’ve basically won 50% of your Arena games in H5 and slightly over 50% of your games in Warzone so statistically speaking your wins and losses are a coin toss right now. While that isn’t the ideal situation it is very far from “nearly impossible for me to win a game…”.
Also you’ve literally won 5 of your last 10 according to your stats at the time of this post. And seeing that you are a Plat 5 player (ATCSR) you seem decent enough yourself. So while I get what your trying to say, I think you are over exaggerating here just a bit.
I get bad teammates all the time but you don’t see me complaining about it so deal with it

LOL! That gave me a laugh. But yeah, I have had the same experience from day 1, too. I plan on getting Helljumper armor set and only playing with friends after I get it. Forge and Custom Games the rest of the time for me.
I admit the game is a little rough on the solo side. I can’t get above Plat 1. I admit I am not the greatest at the game. Haven’t played matchmaking in Halo since Halo 2. Anyways, yes I find that teams that communicate are much better than teams of randoms. While it seems lopsided, 50% win ratio isn’t terrible.

Agreed. The game can be a bit of a chore if you’re playing by yourself. Social playlists would go a long way towards solving this problem.
I hate being teammed up with a party. No teamwork anymore everything is segregated
I play solo for about 80-90% of the time, and I have about 50% wins over my total games. So the matchmaking does its job (for the most part). Sometimes I get bad matches, sometimes I get good matches.
You are playing a team game, what do you expect? Play free for all if you don’t want to get merked in a team based Halo, in a team playlist, in a team game, by a team…
