I have like one week with this problem. I’ve tried to play online in social and competitive mode but it just never finish to search for more player. Is it normal?

No, that’s not normal. Where are you playing from, and what times are you playing at? Which servers do you have selected?
That’s not normal.
Are you on a Series X/S Console? Quick resuming doesn’t update the games online servers, you’d have to restart your game manually to update the server refresh in game. This happens on a Wednesday in MCC.
If you’re not on a Series Console, the reply above mine has some good points you should look into.

Actually not true. It’s been a common complaint for a while and I know because I have had the same exact issues on all versions of the Xbox family consoles at one point. Certain times of the day population is low and I’m pretty sure 343i are aware of it.
