Right so here is my problem, after a few days of anniversary’s release i get the message the halo reach servers are unavailable at this time. Please try again later. So at first i thought so they’re updating something whatever but of course its been 12 days and i get the same message, does anyone know how to fix this because i cant play halo reach multiplayer.

There are a few things you can do. First, try powercycling your networking equipment (turn your modem and/or router off for 15 seconds then turn them back on).
If that doesn’t work, try clearing your system’s cache* by going to the dashboard, then system settings, then memory. Press “Y” and clear your cache. Do it twice, to make sure, then turn off your system for at least 30 seconds (You may want to powercycle your networking equipment again while it’s off). When you turn the 360 back on, you will have to redownload game updates, but it will probably fix your connection issues.
If you still have issues, try contacting your ISP to see if there’s an issue with your connection that’s on their end, otherwise it may be that your router is too strict with your connection (resulting in a Moderate or Strict NAT) and you need to portforward for Xbox LIVE. If none of that fixes the issue, it may be that one of your devices is malfunctioning.
If your xbox throws up error or status codes, write them down and try again. If you get the same codes even after trying the initial solutions, call Xbox LIVE support.
*NOTE: clearing your system’s cache will cause you to lose anything in your recent films or gametypes that you haven’t saved.
