Every time I start up multiplayer it just loads, it looks like I can’t find or join a game within the Halo infinite insider multiplayer

I can’t play multiplayer through steam, looks like it keep loading with the UNSC logo but it won’t load, in Series S it loaded instantly and could play, i checked the files but steam says its all good, what will be the problem?

In Xbox One same problem When I go to matchmaking it keeps loading the UNSC logo and nothing happens. I only can play training with bots.
PVP/Multiplayer is only available during certain windows, please see a few posts up for a list of times of when Multiplayer is live. Outside of those times you can still use Weapon Drills, Training Mode, explore the Battle Pass and Customization.
