When we try to play any matchmaking mode, the game loads as normal but at the very beggining of the match, it takes on of out out to the lobby and the other one continues playing the match that has already started, there’s also another problem when we try to play campaing, we’re together in the room before the level starts but when it does load, we start playing on our own, like if we weren’t playing Coop campaing, it’s like if we started the game on solo mode.
We tried to playe matchmaking alone, it loads perfeclty but this bug occurs only when we try together to go on Matchmaking, i have never had this trouble before and it only happens with this specific friend.
By the way, we’re trying to play the Master Chief Collection.

I had this issue playing in the same house as people playing the same matches. I tried contacting 343, which put me to Microsoft, who told me to contact 343, and eventually told me to buy a VPN to fix it. I bought one and it fixed it, but I shouldn’t have to play 12$ a month to play a game wi free online play on the computer.
Having the exact same issue as OP here! We’ve had issues with custom lobbies for a few days now, and figured out it’s specifically as issue between myself and 1 other friend. Both on PC, in different households. We can separately play with entire groups, but as soon as one of us joins a lobby that has the other in it, the whole lobby crashes. We’ve tried everything from validating files, fixing our NAT Type, and everything you can seem to do in-game. Nothing has worked as of yet, if OP has any updates that’d be great even if we’re on different platforms. Will update if we have any progress as well.
Same exact thing happens to me, solo matchmaking works but as soon as I try to que up with friends the same exact thing happens. I legit cannot believe there are this many issues with something so simple, queing up with friends? Like the only thing people want to do in halo and it doesn’t work at all. Pathetic developers need to all be fired
