Despite having had her downloaded and playable in the past, suddenly I can not use her. WTF?
Re-download it. I had and issue where I cleared some saved data and it made the DLC leaders locked.
I re-downloaded it from the store and they all came back fine.
Sometimes the game will just lock you out of playing certain dlc dudes, but they always come back.
