That would be between 6 am and 9 am here in the USA. What day of the week? Not many people are on at 9 on a weekday. Edit: Sorry 11 am to 2 pm

It’s because 343 won’t give us server selection. We complained about the awful ping times, and asked for a choice. They responded by locking us into Europe, which means long wait times after midnight, and no games at all on some playlists.
