Hi, I have very serious problem with Halo 5, I can’t play the game!
When I start de game when you have to press the pause button the game just put me a error that say… “error when authorizing this user, you will not be able to play the servers online” or something like that I don’t know how to say it in English but then… I press A and that’s it, the game don’t let me pass to the menu or anything
My wifi is very good
I have te game pass ultimate
I’m from Mexico
This just happens in my account 
I don’t know what happened, yesterday it was good and today don’t work…
Pls help me
