Every time I try to play ODST, the game says that I have to buy and install ODST and asks if i want to buy it from the store, but I already own the game and it is installed. I contacted Microsoft support and I went through their troubleshoot guide. I uninstalled the ODST add on, I tried uninstalling the master chief collection, I deleted the persistant storage, I reseted the MAC address and someone online told me to try uninstalling the game after a hard shutdown by holding down the power button on the Xbox. Nothing worked, so they sent me here to ask for help. Is there any way I can get direct contact with 343 ind. so that I can fix this issue? Thank you.
Microsoft is really your best shot, considering they’re the parent company of 343. I’d say keep trying that avenue.
