I can't play ANY HALO 4 DLC!

I have no idea whats going on. Last month I downloaded the first map pack fully as I am a limited addition owner. Even though it said I had downloaded the maps it would not allow me to play stating “one or more players do not have the maps”.
I tried redownloading it still didnt work. Nothing seemed to work, but I just ignored it and have still not played on the maps.

Now this week I was excited to play the new spartan ops. NOPE. Even though I downloaded the new missions it still says I dont have the dlc. I waited for well over 30 minutes for it to download IT HAS to be on my xbox. I tried to see if it was the disk that was the problem. My friend brought over his copy to play on my xbox but it still wouldnt work. I thought it was my account but I can play the maps fine on a friends xbox. Something is preventing me from playing I dont know what. My xbox is a slim and I bought it new about a year ago.

Is anyone else having this problem? I seriously havnt been able to play any Halo 4 DLC on my xbox. This is rediculous I paid extra money for the maps to be available to me and now I cant even play them. Even the free things I cant even play.

This is unnacceptable to treat a long time fan of Halo.

Same thing happened to me. Describe your Xbox model and your hard drive. Maybe I can help.

It might be on a different hardrive or usb, i dont think it would work if it was on a different usb or hardrive

Were you playing with another person like in an xbox live party? If you have the maps but that person doesn’t it will not let you enter crimson dlc while you are partied with them.

It gives me a message saying that one or more players dont have it when Im alone or with other people with a causion triangle beside my name.

Also my xbox is a slim and I have the extra space GB hard drive. I think its 400 GB.

Have you tried to completely delete the content from your hard drive, then redownload the files to see if that works?

Yes I have but to no avail. I can download other DLCs and updates from other games I don’t know why it wont let me dowload anything new from Halo 4.

The more I hear about this issue from you, the more I think it sounds like a hardware or memory problem. I’d suggest also reaching out to Xbox Support so that they can help troubleshoot the download problems. Their team is quite the valuable asset in working through issues!

Thank you. Hopefully this can be fixed without any more problems. Id like to play the new spartan ops missions soon.
