I can't open the achievement app since ODST update

Hello,

I’ve been encontering a problem, I get the 0x87c40011 error code everytime I try to display my achievements for Halo MCC on the xbox one. The achievement app works perfectly fine for other games and also worked before I reedemed my ODST code. I’ve contacted support and here is what they told me:

Power Cycle:
~Please turn the console off and unplug all of the wires and accessories attached to it.
~Give the system 3 minutes before plugging everything in
~Once everything is back to place, please wait for 2 more minutes then turn the console on.
~When the console is on, please do proceed on doing the steps below this one.
Clear Alternate MAC
~Please go to Settings Tile >> Network >> Advanced Settings >> Alternate MAC Address >> Clear Alternate MAC Address.
~The system will then ask if you want to restart your console, please do.
~ Once the console is back on, please see to it that you’re connected to your Network.
Refresh Achievements
~Please press Left Trigger, Right Trigger, Y Button from your console’s Dashboard. It should refresh your system.
~Please try gaining the achievement that the system failed to record.
~If it does not work, please restart your console and try doing it again.

This didn’t work at all, even after deleting and redownloading Halo MCC. I was asked to contact 343 by Microsoft support since I was told it is a game issue.

Furthermore, I already got the achievements for finding all audio logs on ODST but the achievement for Audio Log 11th is missing… I’ve redone the game several times, finding again all 30 audio logs but the achievement won’t unlock.

Am I the only one with this problem ? Is there a specific way to deal with it ?

Might sound weird, but give this a try and see if it fixes the issue - change your background art to a solid color under your Xbox Settings. Found it on Reddit that linked to this xbox forum post, can’t hurt to try I suppose.

Thank you for your advice but it still didn’t work :confused: The strange part is that it worked perfectly before the update and it still works for every other game !

I’m having the same problem. No idea how to fix it.

I still have this problem, Xbox support is telling me the problem comes from 343…

Apparently the achievements are not displaying due to a network issues: some ports are not open for the xbox one. My NAT is open and the status code: 0x40002000064. I still don’t know why it is working perfectly fine for all games except this one.
