I can’t open my purchased req packs. Right before it would show me what I got it just dissappears. I would love to make further purchases but I can’t until this is resolved.

Actually the same thing just happened to me. I bought 2 silvers and didn’t have the chance to open either. I got the receipt from Microsoft that my card was charged though…
Edit: Nvm they both loaded in after a while.
Its happened to so many people including myself. i hope they fix it and we get out much coveted packs back.
Same thing has just happened to me. Any ideas on how to get the packs seeing as I have been charged for them and have the confirmation emails from XB Marketplace?
