I can't open my Gold REQ pack

I have a gold REQ pack that i haven’t been able to open.
I got the REQ pack as part of Collector’s Edition and that i haven’t been able to open, since the game launched.
I assumed that it was a bug that would get fixed at some point… But it’s been years now, so i no longer think it’s generic bug that will get fixed.
Please help me unlock it.

Are you sure it’s not a Gold Pack you have to gift to someone else? Ever since the gifting feature was implemented, sometimes you can end up with a Gold Pack that you can’t use yourself and you must gift it.

Can you post a pic or screenshot of what it looks like sitting in your unopened packs?

See if you can open it through Waypoint instead. Maybe you can open it through there.

It is probably a gift pack that u can only send I had the same problem once
