Hey everybody, i have a problem.
When i try to select a chapter on Spartan Ops the game crash immediatly and i don’t understand why.
I have the game in the Gamepass so no CD, i already try today do reinitialise my Xbox that didn’t work.
And i also try do delete and reinstall the complete Halo 4 game on MCC and that didn’t work either.
So i’m asking if some of you know a solution, sorry m’y english is not perfect cause i’m French but i think you’ll be able to understand my problem

Sounds like you did everything you could. It might be an issue on their end or something wrong with gamepass and Spartan ops at the same time.

The fact is that i make some research before post here. And in january, on a French forum an other person post something with exactly the same problem but he have the game on CD.
So that proove that the problem is not connected with Gamepass
About all you can do is first try a hard reset of the Xbox and relaunch and retry… If that doesn’t work you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, (I always make sure to do nothing with the Xbox while installing a game and wait for the game to completely install before playing). But try those and good luck.
