Okay so I tuned into the livestream on twitch on my PC which is connected to my xbox account and for some reason I can even get the pack. I really hope I haven’t missed out as I really wanna try to collect everything there is in this game. If I have missed it are the global championships over? Or is there still more to come? I really hope someone can help me since I’ve gone to the xbox store and there is nothing…
Well the pack was only available until 9 am pacific time this morning, so if you didn’t press the “confirm purchase” button before then, I think you’re out of luck

You’ve clearly missed the pack, therefore you cannot obtain the armour or emblem anymore.
I don’t really understand this, the announcement said to tune in to the stream, and I didn’t see anything about having to go to the xbox store to get it, i was watching on and off for the stream.
Well if I’ve missed it then that’s a little annoying. Personally I would have preferred if 343 made it like the HCS REQ pack where you either pay real money or spend 80k REQ points to get the armour and emblem, since it’s basically a different version of the HCS athlon set.
The information about being able to get the HWC req pack via the Xbox Store was spammed all over this forum, so god knows how you didn’t learn about it…

This. I missed it too cause all I was told was tune in, thought it would appear in your packs like Commendation or Promotion ones do. Didn’t even touch forums this weekend and pretty much most of last week aside from a couple topics. I wouldn’t have known about needing to hit it by 9am.

I kinda feel bad since they said go and watch the stream to get the pack when all you needed to do is go to the xbox store without even looking at the stream to get it
I watched the whole show and then checked for pack after show. No pack so I figured it would just show I my REQ packs but not there
Actually the message of the day said tune in to learn HOW to get the HWC pack. I was mad when I learned you just had to go to the XBL store.

I’ve been trying to stay away from forums lately, instead just watched the stream like they said to but never saw/heard any additional info about it. And naturally, I expected it to be handled the same way all the other HWC packs have been handled. I even went into the store at one point during the stream because I saw a comment saying that, tried searching for “halo” but nothing relevant came up, just the half-off digital sale. Sucks
pretty botched deal…people that don’t watch the stream but just happened to be on forums get the pack…people that watched the stream on xbox console that didn’t see the notice get screwed? doesn’t make sense

did you download it from xbox live store yesterday or early this morning? or did it just show up since you watched the stream?
I got it this morning at about 8:30. I saw it on the Waypoint homepage, clicked on the link and it took me to Xbox live.
I just looked again on Waypoint… It’s gone… I just clicked the link and it’s been changed.
Bummer, sorry dude you missed out. But I feel your pain because I missed the HWC req pack that contained the gun skins I really wanted. Just sucks when there’s a limited time event during the time your out on vacation with your family.
