I got my Xbox 1 for my birthday on Wednesday. By Friday, everything was properly set up and I’ve been slaying a lot of hours on Multiplayer. It’s now saying there is problems and Xb1 support says my account is fine. What should I do?

This is what happens when you play one of the worst and buggiest games in the franchise. If I were you I’d go play MCC.
it’s still not working. Can anyone give any advise? The Microsoft team aren’t helping anymore.
I have the same issues, there seems to be a problem from their side of the servers… But since they can’t find it they just give up…
My problems started this week as well… Breakout has not worked the entire week, and 50% of their arena game-modes work half of the time…
Where are you from? so we i can check the downtime areas?
Problems like this, especially for people Just buying the game, will turn people OFF of playing Halo.
Imagine… A few of your buddies are talking about kicking butt in Halo 5 and convince you to buy the game. So you buy it. Are excited to play, play a few games, then a few days later you log in to wreck it with your friends… And you get errors. You’re unable to play. You contact support and they’re no help. So you go to the forums for help… And get no help from 343. Only advice from other users like yourself.
Sorry about your luck buddy. If you’ve reset your Xbox and tried logging in and still have problems, I’d suggest deleting the game from your hard drive. It sucks to have to start that download over again… But I’d remove the game completely and start again. Halo 5 is really a fun game to play.
