I pre-ordered Halo 4 limited edition through amazon and it was delayed 2 days due to a snow storm. When I received my game today I eagerly wanted to play but when I tried to take the game out the case it just wouldn’t budge without me having to break it. I tried just about everything I could think of but no luck. I was thinking that maybe it’s stuck because of being in the cold and the plastic hardening making the ring not flex. Any suggestions or if someone has had this issue please give feedback.(No this is not a joke and I wish it was.)
Had this happen when i got another game (mass effect 3) limited edition these limited edition cast ring wont move period because its harder plastic than the standard case… your gonna have to break the ring in the center that holds your disc just because if you ever try to put your game back in youll have to deal with this again

Yep same here with the ME3 case. Lucky I just kept working at it and it came out. It’s like they want you to break the disk so you’ll buy another one.
Yeah I was thinking of breaking the ring somehow because I’m never putting it back in the case again. This same thing happened with my Black Ops but I didn’t have to break the ring and just never put it back in the same case. Yeah and I agree with the fact that they either want or don’t care if you break your game…it’s business as usual lol.
I figured it out, you take a big marker cap that fits around the little hooks holding the game and push down at the same time pulling up on the disc with the cap against the disc while being careful not to flex disc too musc. thanks for the feedback guys enjoy halo 4!
