I can't find Vertigo?

So, the last achievement I need in Halo 4 is the one that involved shooting the two glowing buttons on Vertigo.

I’ve needed this for over a month now and have spent hours among hours of searching for the map but I can’t seem to have it pop up, even when playing doubles with a friend who has the maps.

I’ve checked waypoint to see what playlists it’s in and still no dice.

However, I did notice that some of the playlists have different maps listed multiple times. Is there a reason for this?

Also, do any of you ladies and gents know of a playlist that has Vertigo pop up once in a while?

I appreciate any and all help. Thank you.

As mentioned in my OP, do you have any idea why some maps are listed multiple times on the playlist?

It’s probably just a mistake and an oversight. The website as a whole isn’t maintained very well.
