I found out about the Vehicle’s existence today and when I looked in forge I couldn’t find the vehicle. Was it removed?

The vehicle definitely hasn’t been removed from the game.
I haven’t really used much Forge in Halo 5 but have you tried UNSC & Covenant vehicles? Or maybe it’s just not available in forge; which I doubt.
