For some reason halo 5 won’t let me find matches. I’ve tried every day and it will not work at all. I try to u other accounts but they work, so I feel like there is only a problem with my account. I really want my account back because I was really close to achieving Magnum Opus and I really want to finish arena mastery and get it. So please find a way to help me.
Unfortunately this is due to your principal account rank.
Are you perhaps at high rank, outside US and searching solo without Expanded option?

Contrary to what EBLspartan said, what is probably preventing you from matchmaking is your Xbox Live reputation. It is in the red “Avoid Me” range, which means Xbox Live will only match you with other people with red reputation.
To matchmake normally again, you’ll need to play online games without getting reported for misconduct of any kind. As you do that, slowly your rep will return to good standing. You can go to enforcement.xbox.com to look up what you have specifically been reported for and more information about the Xbox Live reputation system.

My reputation is ok, this is why i said so facing the same problem. But in his case it’s completely plausible.
