I buy halo the master chief collection 11/28, after start the game i download the 15gb patch, after two days the download end and i start playing. now is 12/24 and I only play 20 multiplayer games because I never find any game.
Please guys help me to fix this problem please!
What region are you searching from? What is your NAT settings? To check, go to the xbox one’s settings and then go to network.
now i can play! but i need wait 5-15 minutes for find a game. this is normal???
Need more information. Can you answer my above question? Also what playlist are you trying to play?
Mine is USA East, open NAT, any playlist. Get into a loop of “Searching for Players”, “Players found”, Retrieving Player Info, Searching for More players. Day One, I had no problems. Have been able to play maybe 5 games since that first matchmaking patch.

Have you guys both tried to hard reset your console? Details are written here: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/system/power-cycle-console
Also another thing you can try is to delete your local saved data for MCC before doing this. You will download the data again from xbox live when you start up mcc again, so don’t worry.
Yes, I’ve tried both of these. I am an Xbox Ambassador doing mostly tech support, so I have tried all of these tricks with no luck.

So another weird trick i’ve heard, is to change the dns settings on your xbox. If you Google a program called namebench, download it to your computer and have it run for about 10 min or so. Don’t use the internet while this is working. It will give you the recommended dns settings for your network. Sometimes there are dns servers that are faster than the ones that the isp gives you.
It’s a long shot, but worth a try.

i will try make this but how to download the deleted data from the xbox live?
It will automatically download it. When you start MCC again, it will say “syncing data with xbox live” and it will download it before you play.

Shouldn’t help, DNS is just what translates Domain Names, (eg. google.com) into an IP address, so your computer can connect. Matchmaking would only be dealing with IP Addresses. Except for possibly the initial connection to the matchmaking servers, but even then your Xbox should cache the IP Address.

Yeah I know it shouldn’t, but i’ve read a forum post somewhere of someone trying it an it worked for them. That’s why I said it was a longshot
