What’s happening with MCC? (Social Playlist)
I wait more than 20 or 30 minutes and don’t find any game…
In Halo 5 or Gears 5 (or any other game) I can find games less than 2 minutes, and in MCC not…
Any clues to what’s happening? How I can fix this? Or i have to wait any patch from 343i?
I noticed this in firefight matchmaking as well
Do you have any of the matchmaking options turned off? Sever location, platform and user interface etc? 343 has provided multiple methods of tailoring your matchmaking, specifying player location, user interface etc. Problem is the total player population is so small and divided further into so many gametypes and modes that they’re rendered almost functionally useless if you don’t want an egregious waiting time. For instance, I don’t want to play against MKB users but if I don’t want to spend 15 minutes waiting for a match then I have to. They’re nice in theory but they’re not practical.
Are you on a Series Console by any chance? Quick Resume doesn’t work with online servers so you’d need to reset the game if you’ve had it running for a while.
Other than that, I’ve never experienced such an issue before.
MCC seems like it has been region locked, so if you live in Australia finding games in social take a bit but comp games are impossible to find. No word from 343 yet either.
If I suspect I have connection issues I do a hard reset of the Xbox and that usually does the trick. If that doesn’t work you may need to just expand your composer to more game types or titles… if in ranked try a different playlist.

Really? I find that hard to believe, but I haven’t been able to find games myself recently. I am based in Japan, so if I am limited to Japan servers, I’m pretty much never going to find a game ever again.

Check the support section of the forums. It is very much a real thing since the latest hot fix.

I am VERY useless.
Thanks for the help. It seems in Brazil we have a small amount of players, so it takes a long time to find a game. I only deactivated the Brazil server and takes less than a minute to find a game now (in USA server)… By the way, I play in a Xbox One S console…
