Every time I try to get into a matchmade game, I keep getting disconnected before the match even starts. So basically, I can’t even play a game now because it keeps saying connection lost before I even enter the game. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem, is it my connection?

I’m pretty sure you just hold the power button until it turns off instead of just pressing it.

Check your network setting and do the detailed whatever its called. Check what your nat type is. If it is anything but open you will have to mess with your router/modem/switch/however you have everything set up.
