343 why am I not aloud to download your game it will go 3% and then it will stop and it will never allow me to play halo five guardians but when the infinities armory came out wouldn’t let me download it so I could never play halo five but so what I tried to do is I tried to re-download the game and then installing it agen but it won’t let me install it. And I’m in the presses of getting the heroes krill armor I’m so close and it won’t let me play

Delete what has downloaded already and re-install it.
