I CANT DOWNLOAD HWC REQ PACK

i watched all 3 streams via twitch and Xbox app and i didnt get HWC REQ PACK. Some people got it and but its unavailable for me and my friend. HELP!!!

I tried to get it on xbox.com but there was no pack + i tried via xbox one store but it said that it was unavailable

I’m really hoping that this armour set and emblem will be available in the normal req pool shortly. I didn’t miss a minute of the event and somehow i wasnt given the HWC pack :’(
