I Can't Download "Halo Waypoint" On My Xbox

When I try downloading “Halo Waypoint” on my Xbox 360 it downloads until 61% but then it changes to 0% then to 62% many times. After a minute the Xbox says “Can’t Download Halo Waypoint!”.

if not, try deleting some things off your HDD.
