Can someone please enlighten me as to why everytime I boot up the game, press “A” to start the game, I’m unable to even access the game. Campaign, Multiplayer, the works. Any moderator able to help out?
I couldn’t connect for a year. I asked for help at first, but 343i shunned me. If I were you, I wouldn’t expect help. Maybe try waiting it out like I did. Or just do what some people say MIGHT help. Sorry man.

Does you solo campaign work? If not, you have officially won the worst Halo 5 experience of all time. I was at least able to play Solo. Nothing else though…

Not at all, I’m not banned or anything. Just unable to play literally anything on it 
Have you considered restarting your internet? That usually flushes out any issues within your system. Takes around 5 minutes to do it.
Are you able to link a video of what you see when you try and access various parts is the game? Like does it show any kind of error? Might be worth trying to reinstall and see if that helps, especially if the campaign won’t load either.
