I Can't Connect To Anyone Even For Customs

I am trying to play custom games and I always get the connection failed error. Is this my connection or is this part of the server issue theyve got going on right now?

Its open… I’m at College in the dorms but that shouldn’t effect it at all because I can join people fine on CoD. I can’t play any multiplayer on EA Sports Games and also cant use party chat… but my NAT is “OPEN”

I’m having this same issue, my NAT is open but I when I accept invites I go in a lobby with just me or nothing at all.
