I can't change my emblem color

When I go to my emblem color it’s blank

Restart your internet router by unplugging it for 10 seconds, then plugging back in. Alternatively, you can hit the reset button on the back of the unit with a small pin like a toothpick.

On the screen where you’re supposed to change your colors randomly press A, B, X, and Y over and over fast and I’ve heard that corrects it.
