Ok, so since an ocean separates me and my Xbox right now I tried to purchase it today when I learned about it. (Currently on vacation in the US, I come from Canada). I can find it in the store and I have my profile all signed in. The problem is, when I try to add a credit card to purchase it there is no Canada option in the provinces/states drop down. There aren’t even any provinces! Help please.

Not the free pack, I already got that. The limited edition $9.99 Spartan Armory req pack. I tried to add a credit card so I could purchase it, but there aren’t any provinces to choose from, only states.
Ah gotcha, I’d maybe reach out Xbox Live support on that one. They’ll be able to assist you with the billing side of things 
I got problems acquiring the Spartan Armory REQ pack with the 80.000 ps points. I spent a lot of ps improves in every match from 19/03 to 21/03, when i finally got the amount of ps to purchase it for free and clicked on purchase my Xbox One console reset by itself and discount the ps points but never gave me the pack. This is very unmotivational for keep on playing the game because I spent a lot of my not much free time to get the pack and receive nothing in change. Hope you guys can help me on this one.
