The one thing that set halo apart from other games was no sprint and that’s the way it should be. Sprint is so garbage, just look at halo reach. Oh your one shot? run away!!! No strategy anymore, just random chaos.

You, along with many others, are assuming that sprint in Halo 4 is being implemented the same way it was in Reach. We don’t know if that is the case yet. Others have suggested that sprint could work if the player stops sprinting when shot. Personally though, I’m not sure if I like or dislike having sprint just yet.
I don’t want to see it at all. I just want classic halo back. Why make things so complicated?
I agree. However they implement sprint, you can either rush for a melee kill or run from a death. I’m not sure what to think of other armor abilities, but something like sprint that changes the equlibrium of movement messes a game like this up. We should all move at the same speed, not matter what.
If you stopped sprinting when you get shot, that would be so awkward. I would rather a different disadvantage to sprinting. Like when you’re sprinting you take more damage something.
Just because it has sprint doesn’t mean its going to be anything like Reach. I really sprint I’m glad it’s still in.
You should be concentrating on the big multiplayer changes that they haven’t told us about yet.

I too would rather have classic Halo, but there needs to be some new additions to the core gameplay.

So your telling me if you got shot with a gun you would just still keep sprinting?
