I didin’t post this because i thought someone else would of saw this too, but i have never seen a topic about this new feature, and its been 1-2 months since rtx, and nowone ever commented about this.
I used the unofficial video from team0epithany as thats where i first saw it and i can’t be yoinked to find the original gameplay, but a 3:38 a red player pulls on the red spartan thats in the warthog turret, and pulls him out and takes his place.
This confirms that you can now hijack turret players on the warthog.

lol, watch it in slow motion, its very clear that he’s hijacking him and not just punhcing him, the person jumps on his back, grabs him then throws him off, a regular melee doesn’t do this but just drains the shields while keeping him on it.

The fact that it looks like that is due to some lag and the person may have all ready been low on shields, so one hit would be enough, and the way that it looks like hes grabbing him is just the way hes putting his arm on the turret after his other arm. either way it would have been a glitch so it wouldn’t be legit.
