I entered the code on the xbox, it worked and said it was unlocked but I just tried accessing it and I couldn’t. Are other people having this problem or is it just me?

Do you get an error of some sort?
Are you trying to watch in on the console or on the website?
It simply says I haven’t downloaded the code but I definitely have.
