I can't access req packs!

It’s been two months and I still cannot access req packs!

Also after a match, I cannot leave the lobby. My screen freezes up on an image of my Spartan and I can’t do anything until the next game starts.

Im still able to play, but haven’t been able to level up or access req packs and unlock weapons and armor and that’s the best part!

I’ve tried doing a hard reset multiple times. Even removed the game from my system and reinstalled. Anything else I can do? This is becoming really frustrating and I feel like I’m the only one having this issue.

You’re not the only one. I have the same issue at times, replaced my router, didn’t help. I do a reset after about an hour to keep playing. Very frustrating to say the least.

  • sign into live before you launch game. - relaunch game - hard reset on box
    Usually 2 fixes for me. but you should always use number 1.

Whenever this has happened to myself or friends we just press the white X button on our controller once then press the start button on your controller then scroll down to quit. This exits you from Halo 5, press the Halo 5 icon now and it’ll start you out fresh in the game.

Yeah I’ve tried all these and still nothing. Super frustrating. Makes me not want to play anymore.

I don’t blame you, WZ without reqs puts one at a big disadvantage. Sorry that the suggestions didn’t work.
