I cannot login to halo support

I have already submitted multiple tickets when I had access. not sure what to do. I’ve deleted cache/reset but still can’t sign in. says “email has already been taken”

Hmm. That’s strange. Receiving a reply like that makes it sound like you’re in an alternate ‘Sign Up’ section, rather than the intended ‘Sign In’ section. When I login to Halo support, it doesn’t typically ask me to input my information.
If I’m right on this, make sure you’re signing in, rather than attempting to create a new account.

Try logging in using private browsing / incognito mode on your browser, or using another device like a mobile. If you’re on WiFi, try using data and see if any of that makes a difference
