In the forum FAQ thread it says that for my rank my post limit is 100 but after making 10 posts when i try to post again it says ive reached my post limit. i contacted a 343 employee 2 weeks ago through a PM and never got a reply. anyone else experiencing the same issue?
There was an update to ranks a while back to limit new accounts to 5 posts per day, in an attempt to prevent mass spamming by bots. I believe posts are still limited at Gold, Onyx may further increase or should allow you to post normally. Posts in your Spartan Company may also contribute towards thia

Unless a new user finds this support exact forum post, how are they supposed to know how often they can post… I made a couple of replies yesterday using the forum for the first time. Then I went to make my post on how my email verification isn’t working and I was told I was locked to 5 posts a day…
Firstly, 5 posts including replies is EXTREMELY low. Secondly, I had to wait a day to start discussion on my original issue just because there was nothing official to inform me I could only post 5 times a day including replies to other posts.
