Hi OP, if you cannot access messages or notifications on the forums then it sounds like you have an Xbox Live Child account. For privacy and data protection reasons, children are not allowed to use the Inbox or Spartan Companies features of Halo Waypoint. If you meet the age to have your account promoted to adult, you can get the guardian of you account to do that for you. Most countries require you to be at least 18 before that can happen though.
