“Well, the word is out and apparently it’s true. 343 still hasn’t given an official announcement, but it’s real. Feel free to read about why I thought it was fake”
First of all, I just wanna say how stupid half the community is for believing this supposed “leaked” info. all this “info” is obviously fake and here are my reasons.
Firstly, 343i is not stupid. after watching the “Working in 343.” we can all way that the people working for 343 are a bunch on intelligent game designers who have put out a lot. I mean a lot of good games. These guys are pros and they make triple A games. I doubt that they’d name a game mode “Spartan Ops.” First of all, that is a direct rip off to Call of Duty and also, it’s a pretty stupid name. Spartan points? Wow, that sounds absolutely fake. Even by the names, it’s fake.
Second, the Game Informer magazine was written terribly! Have you read it? It’s terrible. There are grammatical and spelling errors and it sounds like it was written by a 6th grader. Sentences were always written in the first person perspective of the Game Informer crew. Sentences showed in the leak were mostly: “We only saw…” “We think…” “We saw this…” That’s clearly not Game Informer’s writing. Also, some of the images had whited out texts, which further decreases the legitimacy of the leak and only raises the suspicion of the reader.
Lastly, after much research, it appears that the magazine was released early, but the poster of this fake article edited out the text and put his own. Basically… the pictures are real, but the text is either fabricated or completely fake.
I have trust in 343i. They’re an all star studio. That’s not me talking. Every developer out there can agree that 343i is composed of professional and veteran game designers. 343i is not stupid so don’t be stupid.
quit living in denial, theres been several posters who have it and have show scans of it and its all the same and not to mention other boards like neogaf having it and frankie himself basically confirmed it
I’ve seen better scans of the Halo: Reach leak back in 2010 than this Halo 4 one. I could read the entire page, but in this one… I can read barely paragraph. Also, Frankie did not say it was “real” what he simply said was that “things would be explained.”

Some of the scans are close ups. It’s easier to read in some than it is others, look at them all.

So am I to assume that these images were taken by you? Or are they like everyone’s pictures that originated from the internet?

They originated from the internet. But are different images of the same magazine.

I’m not saying that I believe this “joining a game in progress” is in Halo 4, but even with systems like that it’s still possible to find games that start from the beginning. I play a bit of MW2 and I mostly find myself in games that just or are about the begin.

Hey, don’t be disheartened yet until 343 themselves shed some light on this info. Also, the scans that were sent were not taken by the poster. They were from the internet too. There is still some hope!

Just so you know, I got them from another forum member, who had the magazine, and took the shots himself. (Unless he was lying, of course).

Why are people so in denial? It’s clearly written in black and white, it’s funny how 343 won’t quote on the troubled souls because of this CoD BS. Hell, if what I’m seeing is true, this literally makes Halo Reach 10 times better and Halo 4 isn’t even out yet.
I wait until 343 can clarify all of this nonsense, but if what we saw on the GI is true, I lost all hope on this franchise. I really don’t understand how any of you can embrace these changes. We already have Call of Duty to fill that role, we don’t need a futuristic version of it. The more I think about this, the more it drives me insane.

As im thinkking they sold the early rights to Game informer and can not Talk about anything that might be under contract with them …
But I could be wrong - if thats all Ture HELP US GOD AS HALO 4 will need almost 23 Title Updates…
