I bought the pack and I lost my money and I didn’t get anything from it so I’m kinda ticked about it

No I literally got nothing from it and my money was gone and I checked to see if I got anything

i would email MS or call them then, they are the ones that handle all transactions, not 343. also you can check your account to see if you were actually charged anything as well
